About

Jackie Wittrock is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience serving individuals across community, behavioral health, forensic, and public service settings. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University in 2026, following a Master of Arts in Human Services and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science.

Jackie has extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, and individuals involved in the legal or correctional systems. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Jackie primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Feminist Theory to meet each client's unique needs. She believes that every person possesses strengths that can be developed to overcome obstacles and improve overall well-being.

Jackie holds certification in SOTP II and maintains Iowa Mandatory Reporter certifications for both dependent adults and children.
