About
“We do not have to become heroes overnight. Just a step at a time, meeting each thing that comes up, seeing it is not as dreadful as it appeared, discovering we have the strength to stare it down.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
As a therapist founded from a strengths-based perspective, I believe that all people have unique strengths and characteristics to help them overcome life’s obstacles and challenges. My role as a therapist is to help you discover and unlock these strengths in your journey.
Taking the first step into therapy, or with a new therapist, can be challenging and overwhelming. I believe in approaching therapy non-judgmentally, with compassion, vulnerability, and a little humor. I make every effort to create a safe space to allow you to share, process, and heal.
I look forward to meeting you and navigating this journey together.
