About
Healing is a collaborative process, rooted in trust, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I work from a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective, honoring each client’s unique story while helping them identify tools and strategies that foster growth and resilience.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting them through life transitions, emotional challenges, identity development, and relational issues. I incorporate developmentally appropriate interventions—such as play, art, and narrative-based techniques—into my work with younger clients to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and empowering.
Whether we are addressing anxiety, trauma, family stressors, or emotional regulation, I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect for where each person is in their journey. I also recognize the importance of cultural humility, social justice, and inclusivity in the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll create a path forward that aligns with your values, goals, and lived experiences. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with compassion and respect for individual pace and readiness.
