About

I am a graduate student working on my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling through Northwestern College. I will graduate in May 2025.

I believe counseling is about putting you in the driver’s seat. It is not a place where you come to hear my opinion, but rather it is a place where we work together to help you overcome life’s troubles and challenges that you have not been able to figure out on your own using evidence-based practices. I will help you reframe your situation and will present you with new perspectives in hopes that you will gain new strengths.
